These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Forra platform, including our website, services, and tools (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Forra is a free-to-use platform that connects community hosts and event organisers (“Hosts”) with brands offering curated perks, discounts, and experiences (“Brands”). Hosts can browse and bundle brand offers into shareable Perks Passes for their communities. The Service is provided at no cost to Hosts.
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

Forra is free to use for Hosts. There are no subscription fees, setup fees, or hidden charges for browsing offers and building Perks Passes. Forra’s operating model is brand-funded. Any changes to this model will be communicated clearly and in advance.
You agree not to:
All content, design, code, and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Forra and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Forra does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forra and its team members from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or acted in a manner harmful to other users or the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to mediation before either party pursues formal legal proceedings. The platform also operates in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Forra is built with community privacy at its core. We do not collect, store, or access the personal data of your audience members. When a Perks Pass is shared with your community, members interact directly with brand offers. Forra does not receive or process your audience’s names, email addresses, or contact details.
